Drought stress has an adverse effect on the physiological and biochemical processes of plants. In the conditions of drought stress, due to the imbalance between production and collection of Reactive oxygen species, the occurrence of oxidative stress and decrease in yield occurs in plants. In order to carry out this research, firstly, the top cultivars and lines of Dryland Agricultural Research Institute (DARI) were examined during three crop years (2017-2020), in the form of a simple lattice design. Finally, genotypes No. 4 and 40 were selected as superior cultivars under stress conditions and genotypes No. 30 and 33 under supplementary irrigation conditions. The results showed that the maximum amount of hydrogen peroxide accumulation and damage to cell membranes was seen in lane number 40 under stress conditions and the minimum was seen in lane number 4 under supplementary irrigation conditions.
