In this work, (QuEChERS) extraction technique coupled with dispersive solid-phase extraction (D-SPE) clean-up approach for the determination of Scopolamine in Datura innoxia samples is proposed. Under optimized conditions, obtain the best extraction efficiency of the method, several parameters as the effect of solvent, pH, sample weight, solvent volume and influence of the cleanup procedure have been studied. The proposed method provided the limit of detection (LOD) 0.03 ng mL−1 and a reproducibility below 1.07% RSD for all scopolamine in D. innoxia. Finally, the developed method was applied for the determination of scopolamine in four D. innoxia samples.
