In many districts of the world especially in town and industrial areas, pollution of the earth is increased due mainly to human activities. This research has been done in order to investigate the interaction effects of different concentration of zinc and copper on APX enzyme activity and MDA component in leaf of summer squash. The Copper concentration is (0.05, 0.1, 0.2) mg/l and the Zinc concentration (0.22, 5, 10) mg/l. Cu 0.1) treatment is decreased. The results show that when the concentration of the ZN element in (Zn3+ Cu1) treatment is increased the APX enzyme activity in contrast other treatments are also increased. And in (Zn3+ Cu1) treatment the APX activity is decreased. In addition to, when the concentration of the Cu in (Zn1+ Cu3) treatment the amount of MDA enzyme in contrast the control is increased and in (Zn2+ Cu 1) treatment APX is decreased.
