During 2016 and 2017, for identification of nematode fauna in Roodghat area, Sufiyan, East Azarbaijan province, several soil samples were collected from the rhizosphere of different vegetations. The extraction of the nematodes, killing, fixing were carried out using the nematology techniques and the collected nematodes studied based on morphological and morphometric characters. As a result, among the different obtained species, Discolaimoides symmetricus Das, Khan & Loof, 1969 and Mesodorylaimus vulvapapillatus Bagaturia & Eliava, 1966 were also identified.
