We consider the spacelike H2-hypersurfaces with two or three distinct principal curvatures in the de Sitter 5-space. First, we show the constancy of scalar curvature on such a hypersurface. In the second stage, we prove the 1-maximality of such spacelike H2-hypersurfaces with constant ordinary mean curvature in de Sitter 5-space.
