چکیده

Dragonhead (Dracocephalum moldavica L.) were treated by some treatments including nano-silicon dioxide and nano-iron oxide. Some seed properties such as germination percent, root fresh weight, shoot fresh weight, root length, shoot length, dry weight of the seed residue, root dry weight and shoot dry weight were measured. The treatment by trait biplot statistical model was used to data to examine its usefulness in visualizing relationships among traits as well as treatments and showed that the first two principal components, explained most of the observed variation. Some traits including germination percent, root fresh weight, shoot fresh weight, root length, shoot length and root dry weight were in the same sector, with Si2-Fe3 treatment as the best treatment combination. The best treatment combination suitable for obtaining of high values of germination properties of dragonhead was determined as S2-F3 based on ideal entry biplot tool. Results of this research showed that treating with nano-silicon and nano-iron particles may improve dragonhead’s germination properties as well as seedling growth characteristics.
