Ce(Salophene) encapsulated into dealuminatedYzeolite was synthesized by flexible ligand method. This heterogenized catalyst was characterized by FT-IR, UV–vis spectroscopic techniques, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SEM technique. The amount of Ce-salophen in the nanocages of dealuminated Y zeolite wasdetermined by ICP analysis.
