In this paper, we reported the preparation of the binary and ternary Nano-composite metal oxide and doping of Ag nanoparticles by using sol-gel and impregnation methods, respectively. Figure 1a showed the presence of peaks in related to ZnO, CuO and Ag nanoparticles which proved the formation of Zn 1-x CuxO(Ag) nanocomposite. Fig. 1b shows FESEM analysis of Zn1-x CuxO(Ag) in relation with nanoparticles. Hydrazine was used as reduction for conversion of Ag cation to Ag nanoparticles. In addition, polyethylene glycol was used as stabilizer of nanoparticles . These nanaoparticles were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and FESEM. The antibacterial and antifungal effects of these hybrid materials were investigated against E. coli, Salmonella. E, Staphylococcus. a, Bacillus subtilis and Cndida Kefyr .
