In this paper, we study conformable Sturm-Liouville operators of order $\alpha$ ($0 < \alpha\leq 1$), with eigen-parameter dependent and a jump conditions. Also, we examine the asymptotic form of solutions, eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the problem. Finally, we provide some examples to better understand the problem.
