In this manuscript, we study the Sturm–Liouville differential operator with two constant delays. We investigate the properties of the asymptotic form of solutions, eigenvalues, and eigenfunctions of the operator. An inverse spectral problem is studied of recovering the potential functions and delay points from four boundary value problems. Also, we construct the Fourier coefficients. So, we construct the potential functions by using the Fourier series.
