Introduction: The purpose of this research was to investigate the main components of the comprehensive quality management system in Maragheh sports clubs. Method: The statistical population of the research was all the sports departments of Maragheh city. Using the comprehensive quality system questionnaire, its 8 criteria were investigated in different sports departments of Maragheh city. Results: The results in the eight criteria showed that some components were average and some components were evaluated as medium to low. Conclusion: The purpose of the comprehensive quality management system is to achieve the organization’s success, increase the strategy and continuous improvement through customer satisfaction. The research results can help sports managers to improve the processes and services provided.
