The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of intangible organizational capitals (social, intellectual, psychological, organizational trust) on psychological well-being of employees with the mediating role of psychological empowerment. The present study is an applied research and in terms of method is one of the correlational researches. The statistical population included all employees of sports and youth departments in the northwestern provinces of Iran, numbering 659 people. 250 employees of sports and youth departments of West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan, and Ardabil and Zanjan provinces were selected as a sample and research measurement tools were distributed among them. The results showed that intangible organizational assets have an effect on psychological well-being. In addition, the psychological empowerment variable has a good effect on the relationship between intangible organizational capital and psychological well-being. According to the research results, it is recommended to managers to pay attention to the intangible organizational capital in order to increase the psychological well-being of employees and to pay attention to the psychological empowerment of employees in the first place.
