According to the verses of the Holy Qur'an, there is no difference in truth and nature between men and women, but the reason for the difference in rights and duties is the difference in the gender of men and women, and it is because of these differences that rights and duties are imposed on husbands and wives in a joint life. In Islam and in Iranian law, there are financial and non-financial rights for husband and wife, and in this research, we are dealing with the non-financial rights of the wife. Non-financial rights are rights that cannot be converted into money. A part of the non-financial rights in cohabitation belongs to the wife. Among the most important non-financial rights of a wife from the point of view of Islam are decent behavior with her husband (good company), the right to housing, the right to have sex, the right to work for a woman, respect and tolerance, religious and moral guidance, respect, etc. In fact, Islam and the law have determined the rights and duties of the spouses and have also determined the enforcement guarantee; But what is important is that neither the law nor the guarantee of its implementation can provide the peace that the family needs; Therefore, knowing these mutual rights and duties will probably help to improve the relationship of couples. This article tries to investigate the non-financial rights of the wife in Islam with a descriptive-analytical method. In addition to legal articles, Iran's law has also stated the non-financial rights of the wife, which is in accordance with Islam, which shows the complete harmony between them. Of course, in the guarantee of enforcement of the husband's violations against the wife in Iranian law, in the discussion of the wife's non-financial rights, in order to protect the wife's interests, it is better to make amendments in the legal articles.
