Propose: This study aimed to determine the relationship between personality factors and creativity with job
satisfaction in employees of one welfare organization. Method: The statistical population of research was all of
the 860 employees of welfare organization. 269 of employees were chosen as statistical samples according to
Morgan table and clustered random sampling method. Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, Questionnaire
Revised NEO (short form) and a creative questionnaire were used as research tools. The data were analyzed
using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression models. Results: The results showed that there
were significant relationship between personality factors and its elements (neuroticism, extraversion, flexibility,
agreeableness, and conscientiousness) and job satisfaction of East Azerbaijan employees of welfare
organization. Based on the results of this research, personality components are able to predict job satisfaction
among employees. These findings suggest that components of creativity are able to predict job satisfaction of
employees.
