چکیده The research program was regular in eight-ten weeks, comprehensively. In first two weeks, we prepared the investigated polymer and polymer blends for further operations. In the third week, the batch and extrusion foaming of polymers with sc-CO2 in different pressures and temperatures will was investigated. The effect of co-blowing agents presence in chamber was studied in the fourth week. These blowing agents were Pentane and sc-CO2 in which the diffusion rate of these different blowing agents will affect on the final cell structures of polymer foams. Furthermore, in the 5th week, investigation on produced cellular structures and morphology of polymer foamswas done by SEM and compared the results with each other. The operation parameters are important, so study on the temperature and saturation pressure effects on cell size of polymer foams produced by batch and extrusion process, will be done in week of six. The next work is investigating the thermal and mechanical properties of polymer foams and study about the main parameters which improving the mechanical properties. These experiments will be done in seventh week. Furthermore, in the week of eight, the investigation on the effect of nano fillers on cellular structures of foams was done. In the final two weeks, the obtained resultes were gathered and investigated comprehensively. I
