Potato is an annual dicotyledonous tuber crop originating from the Americas and now distributed all over the world in many countries. This research was performed to determine the effect of different bulk and nano as well as macronutrient and micronutrient fertilizers on tuber yield performance and some other important traits of Sprit potato cultivar in a randomized complete block design experiment in three replications using fertilizer treatments consisted of S-F1; control, S-F2; NPK, S-F3; bio-fertilizer, S-F4; nano-calcium, S-F5; nano-zinc + boron S-F6; and complete nano-chelated fertilizer. The statistical treatment-by-trait biplot analysis was used to data to examine its positive role in visualizing interrelationships among traits as well as treatments of potato. The treatment × trait biplot model accounted 92% of total observed variability. Tuber yield, number of leaves per plant, mean tuber weight, tuber weight per plant, number of tubers per plant, number of days to flowering, dry matter content and percent of starch content were in the same sector in polygone tool of the treatment × trait biplot model, with S-F6 fertilizer (complete nano-chelated fertilizer) treatment as the best treatment which was located in the vertex. These traits were positively associated as indicated by vector view biplot. A near zero correlation between number of stems and day to initiation of tuberization was seen as indicated by the near perpendicular vectors. This investigation demonstrated that there was a good potential complete nano-chelated fertilizer compared to the bulk and bio forms. Thus, this fertilizer form would be advised to use for alleviating the harmful impacts of nutrients shortage for potato.
