Raspberry bushy dwarf virus (RBDV), recently renamed to Idaeovirus rubi, is one of the most common viruses infecting Rubus species worldwide (Aboughanem-Sabanadzovic et al. 2021). RBDV has been reported from different countries all over the world. However, there is still limited number of genome sequences available in the GenBank database. It was recently reported that partial RNA-1, MP and CP sequences of Turkish RBDV isolates collected in Hatay province had a considerable variation in nucleotide sequences (Çağlayan et al. 2023). Therefore, whole genome analysis of 14 RBDV isolates were obtained in this study and comparative analysis were performed with other world isolates.
